So users might face temporary login/access issue for the application.

MX sites have requested the system to be blocked for performing physical inventory activity. After discussion with IT, it was agreed to enable systems alone for MX4 as they need to complete activities in blades.
For other MX sites, systems will be blocked and activities will get proceed as per the manual process that was agreed between sites and IT team.

Slowness issue specifically happening on month-end wherein lot of queries run and occupy infra and doesn't allow new queries to come and process.
Alan (Chief Architect) will work with Patika vendor to see why it occurs and how it can be streamlined without affecting existing process during the same time in production and help to completely resolve the same.

Currently IND site users not able to launch Oracle forms while connecting outside VPN.
Application team working with relevant infra and IT Support teams to check the issue.

MX users are able launch application without any issues in support or PROD instance.
IND users are alone facing the issue while connecting outside VPN.
Networks have done checks at their side and could see application connections are going through without any issues.
Currently bringing Oracle vendor for this issue (Sev-1) being raised for the same.
