Dear Associate,

  Due to a communication issue with our broadcasting application, there were multiple notifications delivered regarding the network upgrade scheduled on Aug-30.

  Please consider below notification as the most recent and final. We apologize for the inconveniece. 
  

  The Oracle planned outage for Tomorrow(Aug-30, 00:00 AM AZ time) will have no impact in accessing Oracle application. Business will continue as normal since IT team was successfully able to implement the rerouting approach during the network upgrade.

Hi All,

Intermittent slowness in EPM (ARCS/FCCS/ePBCS) applications resolved by Oracle at 12:00 pm MST. Interruption to FCCS integration was cleared. FCCS Integration is running since 10:58 am MST. Performance is back to normal.

Hi All,

Intermittent slowness in EPM (ARCS/FCCS/ePBCS) applications. 

FCCS integration to Oracle was interrupted from 3:58 am MST to 10:58 am MST. FCCS integration is running now.

Severity 1 ticket raised with Oracle.  We working diligently with Oracle to resolve the issue.

Dear Associate,

    Oracle EBS is upgraded to version 12.2.10 successfully and available for all associates to perform regular business activities. A Hotline Teams channel has been established to support issue creation and resolution related to this upgrade, please see the link below. Initially, when you log into the system you will notice an updated logon screen and some enhanced menus, however, the business processes and functions remain the same in the new upgraded version.

    If you find issues with the upgraded EBS application, please click on the link below to talk to our support team and report your issue for immediate attention. If you are unable to report in the Hotline, you can continue to log Cherwell ticket under 'Everything Oracle' as you did before.

User experiencing issues while login into Oracle EBS using Okta SSO.  Users already logged into EBS - do not have any issues - they can continue as normal.

We have opened a bridge call and working with the teams - will keep posted on the updates soon.

The issue has been resolved.  The SSO - Okta login is working fine now.
