QMS App/portal having slowness issue across multiple sites - users are facing issues in accessing multiple basic operations.

Application has lot of running process - hence usage is high and blocking all active processes now.
We are working further to kill inactive process and reduce the infra usage - we'll keep posted with updates.

We're still seeing infra usage is above the normal - application team checking for possibility of any month-end process being initiated and occupying usage.

QMS infra usage has come to normal - site and app are loading fine now.
Users are currently checking from their end - waiting for their confirmation of closure.

Users confirmed QMS App usage is normal and working fine now.
Application team also verified that infra usage has become normal and no more long running or multiple queries running.
Issue stands as resolved and no more further updates would be rolled out.

Hi All
Slowness issue specifically happening on month-end wherein lot of queries run and occupy infra and doesn't allow new queries to come and process.
Alan (Chief Architect) will work with Patika vendor to see why it occurs and how it can be streamlined without affecting existing process during the same time in production and help to completely resolve the same.
