Users are not able to access Supplier Onboarding Portal for their regular activities.

It seems the host supplier-reg.tpicomposites.com is not reachable.

We are further checking on the same.

Hi All

Portal has been shut down due to malware attack reported from browser.

We're just checking as when it can be recovered.

Portal is working now - with internal users able to connect via VPN.

We're still investigating as to why external users can't able to connect.

Hi All

Portal for working externally also is enabled now and can be used for normal business purpose.

Please note - there has been internal network update which takes 2-3 hrs to reflect across the regions. Hence if portal is not currently working, request to please wait for the said time and then try again.

Incident is marked as closed and no more further updates will be rolled out.
