Site users and teams are reporting slowness in QMS App impacting their critical month-end processing.
Information is not captured in both web and app and thus causing issues.
IT team is investigating with priority.

Stale sessions in QMS database were killed and application infra's are back to normal.
IT checked from their end and could see all are working fine.
Users are currently checking and will confirm on the same.

QMS infra is back to normal and all stale sessions are killed and no longer running.
IT checked and confirmed all processing happening in QMS Web Portal.
Users also using QMS App in tablet and doing their normal processing.
Issue stands as resolved and no more further updates would be rolled out.
