Hi All

QMS Application is slow and not responding blocking users daily and critical operations.

IT team is investigating and found DB is in heavy load with lot of long running sessions which needs further investigation and recovery.

We'll keep you posted with further updates.

QMS App is back to normal and working as BAU - IT team worked upon killing all long running sessions and restore the database performance to normal.

Issue stands as resolved and no more further updates will be rolled out.
